MPF2025: THE INFO STALLS

We were so excited to introduce some info stalls in 2024, and they were an even greater success than we’d hoped! It was great to see so many people dropping in, browsing, and discussing some important and worthy causes. 

This year, you’ll find all our activist groups setting up stalls in the Flour & Flagon next to Bread Shed. We’re excited to welcome back ACORN (community action), Manchester Hunt Saboteurs, Tiny Paws MCR (animal rights) and Safe Gigs for Women. Go check them out, learn about and support their causes.

ACORN

A union of working class people using direct action to build power, and support and empower communities across Manchester, the UK, and the world.

MANCHESTER HUNT SABS

A non-violent direct action group who put themselves between bloodsports enthusiasts and their prey, to stop the killing of wildlife.

TINY PAWS MCR

Activist-run, DIY, home-based, high-welfare animal rescue. Rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming rabbits and rodents across the North West since 2019.

SAFE GIGS FOR WOMEN

Founded in 2015 to work with everyone involved in live music to reduce the instances of sexual assault in live music.
